Strength day

Squat 3x5 Working sets
Bench press 3x5 Working sets
Pull-ups-strict 3 sets to failure
Overhead Press 3x5 Working sets
Dips: 3 sets to failure, 1st weighted with 35lb dumbbell, 2nd & 3rd 40 lb dumbbell

I raised the weight on the overheads today.

Metcon tomorrow.
