Crossfit WOD

Ten rounds for time of:
12 Burpees
12 Pull-ups

Total time was 27:44

This was a great metcon workout...and those pullups got pretty damned tough. I'll skip back on my Tuesday UBWO this week for sure.

How did your hands fare up to it, my rips from last week are still sore!

My hands were fine. I've had calluses for so long, this stuff never bothers me. I wear calluses like a badge of honor!
