Weighted Overhead Squat 1x5
Bench press 3x5 Working sets
Pull-ups kipping 3 sets to failure
Dips: 3 sets to failure, weighted with an additional 30 lbs first set, 35 lbs second set, 40 pounds 3rd set
Overheads continue to prove challenging for me.
