Strength Day

Squat 3x5 Working sets
Weighted Overhead Squat 1x5
Bench press 3x5 Working sets
Pull-ups Strict 3 sets to failure
Dips: 3 sets to failure, weighted with an additional 30 lbs

I raised weight on the bench today, and felt more comfortable with the overhead squats.
