Squat 3x5 Working sets
Bench press 3x5 Working sets
Pullups-strict 3 sets to failure
Chins-kipping 1 set to failure
Dips: 3 sets to failure, 1st weighted with 35lb dumbbell, 2nd & 3rd 40 lb dumbbell
Tomorrow and Sunday will be rest days. I'm sore all over and badly in need of a couple days off.
