Moderate HIIT run

today. I wish I could say it felt good to run again, but I can't. I really don't care for it much, but it's a necessary evil...so I do it. I'm a bit sore from my UBWO yesterday, but not horribly so. Not a lot more to report today.

Don't be whining about the running either - I'd give my left leg to be able to run again....ok, that didn't make sense! HA HA

Do a crossfit workout, that will get your heart rate up, and give you your cardio workout.
