I grunted and growled my way

through my UBWO today. I finished up doing dips with a 25lb dumbell held between my ankles. I'd like that to be a 100 pounder by the end of the year. Another goal. Good 5k run over the weekend. Legs finally feeling good again. I need to watch the knees.

wow - 100 lb goal - that's crazy and awesome!

What's with your knees? I'm having trouble with my left knee. I haven't ran in 3 weeks - I'm just riding the bike.

I'm going to get there!

When I hit my legs really hard, I get some stiffness and soreness in the knees. When I do some of the Crossfit workouts, I should consider scaling them and working my way up. There is a lot of leg work, and my knees can hurt for a week or ten days afterwords.

Have you been to the chiropractor lately? You could have an inbalance in your hips or back???

You shouldnt hurt like that for so long ....

Your 100 lb goal is crazy! I would like to do one with just my boidy weight haha
